INDIVIDUAL PRANIC HEALING SESSIONS

Pranic Healing Tune up Session

This comprehensive session starts with thorough cleansing your energetic field, removal of unwanted energy chords, then focuses on energizing of all major chakras. Energy healing is then provided to localized areas of concern or to address a specific physical or emotional need. Session ends with a brief discussion of intuitive guidance or any messages received during your session, and next steps for your continued health. 60 minutes.

Pranic Psychotherapy Healing Session

If you’re experiencing anger, resentment, guilt, anxiety, worry, helplessness, fear of failure or success, sadness/grief, low self-esteem or any other emotions that originated in your past, and these emotions continue to affect your present, then this session is meant for you. I have mindfully created this session for your spiritual and emotional health. Book below. 60 minutes.

Energy Healing and Coaching Session

Get the best of both worlds and achieve your goals faster. Pranic Healing combined with Energy coaching addresses both symptoms and source of them. Each session is 90 minutes long (60 or 45 minutes dedicated to cleansing and re balancing your chakras and 30 or 45 minutes of guidance or coaching-- time will be allocated according to your needs and goals.) 90 minutes.

Ancestral Healing Session

The conscious or subconscious choices made by your ancestors affect all future generations in positive and negative ways. Since you’re connected to your ancestors, you also inherit their karma and this impacts you through: repetitive negative patterns, emotional or physical suffering, or a constant feeling of being stuck. Healing your ancestors will result in positive karma, deep release and positive shifts. What you mend and heal in yourself, you mend and heal in your current and future family line. 90 minutes.

Relationship Healing Sessions

These powerful sessions use Pranic Healing techniques to heal your relationship with self, with a special one (living or deceased) or with your current spouse or partner. The purpose of these deeply healing sessions is to mend, forgive, let go and move on. Often times after these sessions, clients experience deep peace, reconciliation and positive change in many areas of their life. Crystal Consecration Ceremony

Crystals are programmable and you can enlist the energy of your crystal for a particular need, like cleansing or energizing your space, protecting you or your home, and so much more. Consecration is an advanced form of energy transfer, utilizing crystal Pranic Healing techniques, with added steps that ensure your crystal will only be doing the specific job you program into it. This is a remote session over zoom for 45 minutes.

Crystal Curation and Consultation Session

Looking for your dream crystal? This fun and relaxed session grants you access into my whole inventory of crystals and/or crystal jewelry. Ask any questions you might have about crystals and your energetic goals and I'll make the best suggestion (even if I don't carry that crystal at Citrineprana.com.) If you buy a specimen during the session, the fee will be discounted from your order. You will receive instructions 1-2 days prior to your appointment date. 30 minutes.

ENERGY COACHING PACKAGE SESSIONS

Energy Coaching Package (3 hours total)

ASSESSMENTS

 The ELI Assessment and Debrief

The Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI) is an online assessment that you take at your convenience (it takes approximately 20 minutes.) You can benefit from taking this assessment at any point. The results you will get serve as a baseline, or a “picture” if you would, of where your energy goes currently. This assessment allows you to predict and alter your own behavior at will. Additionally, it gives you:

• Clear proof of whether you feel stuck with "no options" or if you're someone who actively looks for ways to change your surroundings. The assessment results offer valuable insights about yourself and can serve as a guide for future changes in any part of your life where you want to see improvement.

• An in-depth analysis of who you are energetically speaking: how you react when you’re under stress, vs how you behave without stress.

• A report containing the results of your energetic makeup spread in 7 different energy levels. This is the baseline knowledge that you can use to get to know yourself from a completely different perspective. These 7 levels contain key information that you can learn to use in order to change undesired behavior or thoughts that get in the way.

The EQ-i 2.0 Workplace Report and Debrief

Your skills and qualifications are important for success within your workplace role. Your emotional intelligence can be just as important, if not more so, for fulfillment within, or potentially beyond, your current role. The EQ-i 2.0 Workplace Report is designed to be used in instances of coaching and development situations in work settings for an individual at a non-management level. It helps you focus on the impact of emotional intelligence at work and offers insightful suggestions for working more effectively in one’s role, with colleagues, supervisors and clients. After you take the online assessment, your 75 minute debrief remote session will be scheduled. $300

The EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report and Debrief

Every company has experienced instances whereas leader within the organization shows strengths in core competencies necessary for the role, but may be exhibiting Emotional Intelligence blind spots of which peers are taking notice. Or, a company finds an employee that exhibits great work ethic and is an emerging star among their peers, while showing comparable traits to leaders within the organization. In both scenarios, the Leadership Report can be used when honing in on leadership development, executive development and coaching, and developing high potential leaders. The Leadership Report examines results through four key dimensions: Authenticity, Coaching, Insight, and Innovation.
