How do I know I need Pranic healing?
You can always seek the support of Pranic Healing to address short or long-term disease: from stomach pain to arthritis for instance. However, those who receive regular Pranic Healing treatments (anywhere from every 2 to 6 weeks) get sick less frequently, experience diminished seasonal allergies, cope with stress better, and are generally more balanced emotionally, mentally, and energetically than those who don't experience this advanced energy healing technique at all. Since Pranic healing also addresses emotional symptoms or needs, if you notice feeling on and off sadness, constantly being irritated, frustrated, angry, or short-tempered, or have difficulty getting enough sleep at night, then it's probably a good idea to seek a session as those symptoms indicate that one or more of your chakras is blocked.
What can Life Coaching help me with?
Having the support of a life coach is like having the support of a personal trainer, a mentor, a nutritionist, a teacher, or anyone you would hire to achieve your goals faster and efficiently. What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?
Therapy usually focuses on treating mental illness and exploring the past. Coaching does explore part of the client's past, however coaching prefers to focus the work on the present and is action-oriented with the goal of helping the client focus on their desired change of behavior (e.g.: address mental blocks, resolve past trauma, move away from repetitive patterns, achieve a career or personal short-to-long-term goals, to only name a few.) Clients who are under the care of a therapist are encouraged to continue their care according to their therapist's recommendations. Coaching can boost and complement your mental care support and practices.
How often should I have a Pranic healing session ?
The answer depends on your goals, physical or emotional condition, age, amount of symptoms, and their severity. For instance, a young adult in general good health experiencing a common cold or food poisoning may only need one single session, while an elderly adult with chronic pain or unregulated depression may need a weekly session or a few sessions per month. As you progress and your symptoms dissipate or disappear completely, you may only need a maintenance session of once every 4 to 6 weeks or so, if at all.

That is a fantastic question, however the answer varies for everyone. I can tell you however that just by being here reading through my website, you are halfway there. Honestly, you don’t need to be 100% “ready,” all you need is to be open to try and trust.
